I am currently a Research Fellow at the University of Udine (Italy) and part of the research team AI-LAB Udine. Here I am doing research on Artificial Intelligence applied to collaborative robotics mainly for Industrial applications.

  1. Research Fellow

    Research Project “Advanced Artificial Intelligence and Visual Reasoning Approaches for Collaborative Robotics (AI4CR)”.
  2. R&D Machine Learning and Control Engineer

    CMC Marine

    Responsibilities include:

    • Study and control of the fins for yachts stabilization with ML models.
    • Implementation of a new controller based on RL model approach.
  3. QA Engineer

    Concept Quality Reply

    Responsibilities include:

    • Ensure the overall quality and functionality of software products.
    • Design and implement automation processes, test cases, performance tests and innovative solutions.
    • Supervisor of thesis students on R&D projects regarding a robotic arm in the laboratory.
  4. Robotics Engineer (Erasmus+ Traineeship)

    Procter & Gamble

    Responsibilities include:

    • Creation of the workspace Robotics Simulation.
    • Creation and addition of the Robot composed by manipulator and gripper URDFs to the scene simulator for Motion Control and Path Planning.
    • Addition of the camera model on the gripper for Object Detection and Recognition.
    • Test simulations and use of an AI planning framework for quality measurement experiments and test the approach on the R&D lab with real robot (UR5e).
  5. NLP Engineer (Internship)

    Babelscape

    Responsibilities include:

    • Development of a pipeline that uses Neural Network and AI tools to detect and analyze texts written in human natural language. The model was able to understand and disambiguate the word meaning.
